200 - Hour Yoga Teacher Training

In Person Sessions

  • March 26th (6-9pm), 27th (1-8pm), 28th (8-4pm)

  • April 24th (1-8pm) & 25th (8-4pm)

  • May 22nd (1-8pm) & 23rd (8-4pm)

  • June 6th (8-12pm)


  • 132 hours of sessions

  • 60 hours of online yoga classes

  • 8 hours self-led journaling & reading
